| Cooperative Family Mediation Fees for Pamela N. Breedlove |
FEES: Cooperative Family Mediation fees for Pamela Breedlove are charged at the
rate of $170.00 per hour ($85.00 per person per hour), plus an administrative fee of
$250.00 ($125 per person). Mediator travel time is billed at $100.00 per hour, the
first hour free, plus $.40 per mile. There is no travel time within Bossier and Caddo
Parish. The administrative fee is due at the time the mediation is scheduled and
must be paid in full at least twenty-four hours before the mediation. Unless prior
written agreement is made between the Mediator and counsel, the Mediator fees
and any travel expenses must be paid on the day of the mediation. Unless
otherwise agreed between the parties, all fees and expenses are split equally
between the party.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the parties cancel a mediation within seven
days of the scheduled mediation, a $150.00 cancellation fee will be billed to and
paid by the canceling party(ies). If the parties do not agree on the identity of the
party canceling the mediation, then the cancellation fee shall be billed and paid
equally between the parties. This cancellation policy does not apply to mediations
which are simply rescheduled.
