| Civil Mediation Fees for Pamela N. Breedlove |
FEES: Civil Mediation fees for Pamela N. Breedlove are charged at the rate of
$175.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of three hours, plus an administrative
fee of $300.00. There will be an additional $50.00 administrative fee for each party
over two. Mediator travel time is billed at $100.00 per hour, the first hour free, plus
$.40 per mile. There is no travel time within Bossier and Caddo Parish.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the parties cancel a mediation within seven
days of the scheduled mediation, a $250.00 cancellation fee will be billed to and
paid by the canceling party(ies). If the parties do not agree on the identity of the
party canceling the mediation, then the cancellation fee shall be billed and paid
equally between the parties. This cancellation policy does not apply to mediations
which are simply rescheduled.
